Terms and Conditions

Refunds and Cancellation:

• No refunds will be issued for coaching services or subscription fees.

• Clients may cancel their subscription or recurring payments at any time.

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of payment, or they will be considered void.

 

Rescheduling:

 

• If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• After the initial 48-hour notice period has passed, a rescheduling fee of $10 will apply.

• I reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Missed Sessions:

 

• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Confidentiality:

​

• I maintain a strict policy of confidentiality for all client sessions, ensuring that any information shared remains entirely private and secure.

• In rare instances where there is a legal or ethical obligation, confidentiality may need to be disclosed.

• Clients agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other clients in group coaching sessions.

Termination of Services:

 

• I reserve the right to remove any client from my coaching services for any reason.

• I reserve the right to terminate coaching services if the client's behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates ethical standards.

• Clients will not engage in libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying, or hatred of any kind against any client or affiliate of my business.

Refunds and Liability:

 

• In the event I choose to end our relationship, I will refund the remainder of unused classes, excluding PayPal's fees, which will not be reimbursed.

• In no event shall I be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to seek appropriate medical or psychiatric assistance.

• I am not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client.

Recording Prohibition:

 

• Recording of any kind, including video, audio, or other formats, is strictly prohibited during classes or sessions.

​

Positive and Respectful Environment:

 

• These rules are in place for the benefit of all clients to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

• By signing up for my coaching services, each client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
