Terms and Conditions
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of payment, or they will be considered void. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. After the initial 24-hour notice period has passed, a $10 rescheduling fee will apply. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable. I also reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Payments & Refunds
All coaching services, subscriptions, digital products, online courses, and digital services are non-refundable.
Certain products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings. By purchasing products from Relationship Connectedness, you expressly request and consent to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. You acknowledge that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately upon purchase and that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced.
Confidentiality
I maintain a strict policy of confidentiality for all client sessions, ensuring that any information shared remains private and secure. Confidentiality will only be broken when required by applicable law or ethical obligations. Participants in group coaching also agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all other members.
Client Conduct
Clients agree to treat all members of the Relationship Connectedness community with respect. Libel, slander, defamation, harassment, bullying, abuse, or hateful conduct directed toward any client, coach, employee, or affiliate will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to remove or terminate coaching services for any client whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, unethical, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a safe and supportive environment. If I choose to end the coaching relationship, I will refund any prepaid unused sessions, excluding non-refundable payment processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment providers.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching services. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In no event shall I be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, including but not limited to the failure to seek appropriate medical or psychiatric assistance.
Acceptance of These Terms
These policies are designed to create a respectful, supportive, and professional coaching environment for all clients. By purchasing or participating in any coaching service, subscription, course, or digital product offered by Relationship Connectedness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
